Version 1.2 · EN & FR
Log your dates and hookups in seconds, find what worked best and keep an eye on your health. No account, no server: nothing leaves your phone.
Private by design
Your love life and your health are nobody’s business but yours. So heatmeUp has no server to store your journal, no account to tie it to your name, and no ads to profit from it.
Your journal is encrypted on your device. And the backup is yours to keep.
How we protect your dataHow it works
01 · Add
A first name, a date, the chemistry. Tick whether it was a date, a hookup or both, and the app asks the right questions. Everything else is optional.
One simple form02 · Find
Sort by chemistry, by last encounter or by how often you met again. Photos, contacts, kinks, parties: every profile tells its story.
Profiles & sorting03 · Calendar
Pink dots for hookups, violet ones for dates. Tap a day to see who, where and at which party. Events keep their own date and place.
Calendar & events04 · Map
Every encounter can have a place. The map brings out the neighbourhoods and venues that work for you, perfect for picking your next date.
Map of places05 · Stats
Encounters, average chemistry, trends, cities, types of places… Filter over 30 days, 6 months or your whole history: the app does the counting.

The app locks as soon as you leave it. 6-digit passcode or biometrics.
Three shakes and incognito switches on. Handy when someone is looking over your shoulder.
PrEP, STI tests, treatments: answer straight from the notification.
Export a CSV whenever you like, restore with merge. No mandatory cloud.
Create a party with its date and place: both are pre-filled for everyone you add to it.
Hide what you don’t use and build your own lists: places, parties, “met through”…
The app follows your phone’s language, or the one you pick.
Sexual health
A complete module to track your PrEP, stay ahead of STI tests and handle an STI calmly. It only shows up if you want it.
2 pills before the hookup, then 1 a day until 2 days after the last one
The app works out your protection window, reminds you of every dose and extends the cycle if you go again.
1 pill a day, continuous protection
A reminder every day at your dose time, based on your first dose. Missed one? The app tells you where you stand.
One injection at a clinic, repeated every 2 months
The app keeps the date of your next injection and warns you ahead of time so you can book it.
Log your tests (HIV, syphilis, gonorrhoea, chlamydia, hepatitis) and schedule reminders. Encounters but no test for 90 days? The app suggests one.
Record it, see the risk window and the partners involved, then tell them anonymously through previensmoi.fr.
Doses, missed doses, tests, treatments: all on one calendar, editable any time.
heatmeUp is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not replace advice from a healthcare professional.
Your stats
The app does the counting and surfaces what you would not notice. Everything is calculated on your phone.
Sample data, for illustration.
Try it
Switch incognito on and watch your list disappear. In the app, three shakes are enough.
What gets hidden
Questions
No. heatmeUp is a personal journal: nobody can contact you, and there is no public profile or messaging. You log your own encounters, for yourself only.
On your phone, and nowhere else. There is no account and no cloud sync, and your journal is encrypted on the device. Only address search goes through a technical service, which does not keep the query.
Export your CSV backup from the settings, then restore it on the new device. Restoring merges with what is already there, without duplicates.
No. The health module helps you stay organised (PrEP doses, reminders, history) but never diagnoses anything. If in doubt or after a risk, contact a healthcare professional or a sexual health clinic.
heatmeUp is coming to iPhone first, then to Android. Both are in the works: leave your email in the waitlist on the home page, pick your phone, and we will let you know the day it is out.
heatmeUp is for people aged 16 and up.
